I am sad to say that the band has lost two of its most committed players, Andy and Helen Cooper, but for the nicest of reasons!

They are expecting their first child in June and quite understandably want more "family time " . The band and I wish them every happiness and thank them for all they have done for the band and look forward to the arrival of " Mini Cooper"

Of course the band is sorry to lose any players and we do hope that some time in the future they will come back...nappies and all!

Andy and helen will not easily be replaced as players or people but of course their departure means that we are looking for a Bass player to replace Andy (a difficult task!) and we also now have a vacancy on Tenor Horn !
