A charity auction was held on Monday 19th May in aid of St Lukes hospice, a concert by the band was one of the prizes. Bidding was very brisk resulting in the highest bid of the night from someone who is planning to have the band play as a surprise at a family celebration in 2009. The band is delighted to be able to support such a worthy cause and is very much looking forward to helping to add a musical flavour to a special event. As this is a surprise all other details are to be kept secret (for obvious reasons) but we are hoping to make it a memorable occasion.
