The band are pleased to announce that Dave Thomas has taken over the Principal cornet position for the band after the recent departure of Paul Martin.

Dave is a hugely experienced musician who has played for bands such as Black Dyke, Point of Ayr and Roberts Bakery amongst others. Dave has been with the band now for 6 months and has already endeared himself to the band. He has been a most committed player and we are delighted that he has agreed to take on the principal cornet position. Sarah Sanders has now moved up to " bumper up" and the combination of Dave , Sarah and Chris on front rank are already proving themselves to be a more than capable team.
