On Friday 14th May the band made a return trip up the M53 to Ellesmere Port to give a concert at St Saviours RC Church.
It was our second visit to St Saviours, having performed there last year.
As ever the audience and reception were wonderful.
The band performed a diverse programme from John Williams film music, classics and big band numbers.
We even managed to create an instant choir (with some persuasion admittedly) as they sang along to "Singing in the rain" although unlike Runcorn Park , there was no dancing this time.
A Lovely evening and the band hope to return again some time in the future.
It was nice to see two former members in the audience, Chris and Julian Ablett along with a former colleague John Harvey who served with the Cheshire Police for over 30 years.
The band would very much like to thank those responsible for the refreshments , they were very much appreciated by the band.
