The band have donated a number of mutes to the City of Chester Training Band. The Training Band teach people of all ages to play a brass instrument and is a feeder band for the not only the City of Chester Band but other local bands. The mutes will be used by members of the band for both rehearsals and concerts.

The Cheshire Constabulary band is very pleased to be able to help other local bands and aid in both the training and maturing of young players.
